プライバシーポリシー（アプリ版）

1. はじめに

「バトレコ」（以下「本アプリ」）は、個人が開発・運営する非公式のダメージ計算アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、通常の利用において氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報を運営者が収集することはありません。本アプリでは、以下の第三者サービスが情報を取得する場合があるほか、任意のフィードバック送信時に限り運営者が情報を受け取ります。

広告（Google AdMob）

広告表示のために Google AdMob を使用しています。AdMob は広告の配信・計測のために、広告識別子（IDFA/広告ID）、IPアドレス、端末情報等を取得する場合があります。iOSでは App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可状況に応じて、パーソナライズ広告または非パーソナライズ広告が表示されます。トラッキングの許可は、端末の「設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング」からいつでも変更できます。詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

アプリ内課金（RevenueCat）

サブスクリプションの管理のために RevenueCat を使用しています。RevenueCat は購入履歴および匿名のアプリユーザーIDを処理します。氏名やApple ID等が運営者に共有されることはありません。詳細はRevenueCatのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

データ配信（Supabase）

バトルデータ等のアプリ内データの配信に Supabase を使用しています。データ配信においては取得（ダウンロード）のみを行います。フィードバック送信時の取り扱いは次項のとおりです。

フィードバックの送信（Supabase）

アプリ内のお問い合わせ・要望フォームから送信を行った場合に限り、入力された本文、任意で入力されたTwitter（X）ID、添付されたスクリーンショット画像、および調査用の情報（アプリバージョン・OSの種類とバージョン・言語設定）が、運営者が管理する Supabase 上に保存されます。これらはお問い合わせ・要望への対応およびアプリの改善のためにのみ利用し、他の目的に利用したり第三者に提供したりすることはありません。送信は任意です。送信した内容の削除を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

3. 端末内に保存されるデータ

ボックスに登録した個体・パーティ、アプリ設定等は端末内にのみ保存され、運営者のサーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除するとこれらのデータは失われます。

4. 利用目的

取得された情報は、広告の配信・計測、サブスクリプションの提供・管理、お問い合わせ・要望への対応、アプリの品質向上のためにのみ利用されます。

5. 第三者への提供

運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。上記の各サービスによる情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、運営者が児童の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

7. サブスクリプションについて

Pro（月額）は Apple ID または Google アカウントに請求されるサブスクリプションです。解約・管理は端末のサブスクリプション設定から行えます。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて告知します。

10. 商標について

本アプリは個人が開発した非公式アプリであり、株式会社ポケモン、任天堂株式会社、株式会社ゲームフリーク、株式会社クリーチャーズとは一切関係ありません。ポケモン等の名称は各社の商標または登録商標です。

1. Introduction

batoreco (the "App") is an unofficial damage calculator developed and operated by an individual. This policy describes how user information is handled in the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account, and the operator does not collect personal information such as names or email addresses in normal use. The following third-party services may collect information, and the operator receives information only when you voluntarily submit feedback:

Advertising (Google AdMob). The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect the advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID), IP address and device information for ad delivery and measurement. On iOS, personalized or non-personalized ads are shown depending on your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice, which you can change at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. In-App Purchases (RevenueCat). The App uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase history and an anonymous app user ID. Your name and Apple ID are never shared with the operator. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

Data Delivery (Supabase). The App uses Supabase to deliver in-app data such as battle data. For data delivery, the App only downloads data.

Feedback Submissions (Supabase). Only when you submit the in-app contact or feature-request form, the following are stored on Supabase managed by the operator: the message you entered, an optional Twitter (X) ID, any attached screenshot image, and context for investigation (app version, OS type and version, and language setting). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry or request and to improve the App, and is never used for any other purpose or shared with third parties. Submission is entirely optional. To request deletion of a submission, please contact us at the address below.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Saved builds, teams and app settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to the operator's servers. Deleting the App deletes this data.

4. Purpose of Use / Third-Party Disclosure

Collected information is used only for ad delivery and measurement, providing and managing subscriptions, responding to inquiries and requests, and improving the App. The operator does not share user information with third parties except as required by law.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group, and the operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Subscriptions

Pro (monthly) is a subscription billed to your Apple ID or Google account. You can manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings.
